Through his job as National Aged Care Consultant Pharmacist, Nicholas Kollios brings the Ramsay philosophy of ‘people caring for people’ to life every day.

“My role ensures Ramsay provides the best pharmacy care available to residential aged care facilities and optimises treatment outcomes for residents through the safe delivery of medication and systems.

“In a rapidly changing landscape, I am motivated to ensure every resident receives the highest level of quality pharmacy services available,” Nicholas said.

Having joined Ramsay 12 months ago, the Leadership Masterclass Series sessions have been helping Nicholas to gain knowledge and skills from his fellow leaders across the business.

“The sessions are a great example of the development opportunities available within Ramsay. They have allowed me to learn and interact with Ramsay colleagues on a range of different topics.”

“The small break out groups during the sessions allow for interaction and role play, providing an opportunity to practice what has been learnt and to observe and learn from others.

“By sharing ideas and learning from leaders who are from a variety of Ramsay services, the sessions have provided me with ideas and techniques to implement and improve my daily work practices.”
